Dear Ellie & Steve,

I am writing a long overdue letter of thanks to you to express my heartfelt gratitude.

When beginning an internet search for digital imaging services in Nova Scotia I expected to find nothing but "commercial" services which deal in large volumes and produce "stock" items only.

When I stumbled across the Innovative Imaging Studio at iistudio.com, it was like finding a long lost friend. I had long accepted the fact that personalized service was a thing of the past; a "dinosaur" sacrificed for the sake of expediency and the almighty dollar.

After studying the website, examples of your work, and the profiles of the staff, I decided to take a chance and drive out to Canning to meet with you.

I was carrying 20+ year old "Kodachrome" slides which although water damaged, were among my most prized possessions.

I sincerely appreciated the patience, attention and genuine interest you demonstrated while listening to the background information and my concerns. It was refreshing to see that some professionals out there still want to see a finished product worthy of their name.

Your extra efforts in rescanning the slides showed a genuine interest in the subject matter and echoed my desire to see a superior image than that which had been produced by a commercial "outfit" earlier.

When I arrived home with my beautifully framed photographs, I met my neighbour and had to boast. As soon as I unwrapped the first one, she literally gasped and was in absolute awe.

I have recommended your services to several photographers and I personally look forward to my next visit.
